Cancellation Fees and Appointment Charges

Cancellations & No-Shows

Please take note of the following changes to our cancellation and no show policies (changes in bold), effective July 1st, 2023:

  • We have a 3 day cancellation window. Cancelling or rescheduling with less than 3 days notice is a late cancellation, and will incur a fee of 50% of your appointment charge.

  • A “no show” is when a patient does not arrive to their appointment or, in the case of telemedicine, is not available for the call at the time of their appointment. No shows will incur a fee equal to the appointment charge.

  • We understand that life happens. Please let us know if you had a true emergency or unforeseen circumstance. As a one time courtesy, we can apply the fee towards your next visit. This amount will stay on your account as a credit; we will not be able to reverse the charge.

  • Any applicable fees will automatically be charged to the card on file.

Appointments

As of September 1, 2023, Salt Lake Naturopathic Clinic will be implementing a moderate rate increase for our services. The new rate schedule will be as follows:

  • Brief (<= 15 minute) phone call - $100

  • Regular (<= 30 minute) appointment - $160

  • Extended (<=45 minute) appointment - $220

  • Comprehensive or Annual (60 minute) appointment - $280

  • Additional time - $60/15 minutes

  • Prescription renewals and portal/email consults (outside of existing appointments) - from $60

Since Salt Lake Naturopathic Clinic opened in September 2019, we have been able to maintain our appointment charges the same for established patients. Over the years, our clinic has continually updated our treatments to offer the most effective and holistic care possible. This increase will enable us to further enhance our services, bring on new practitioners and support staff, provide ongoing continuing education, and continue to invest in the well-being of our patients.
